How Does It Work?
We will never suggest that you should make a claim if we are not confident you will win. All our work is conducted on a no win no fee basis. You have no upfront fees to pay us, we will only get paid if we win you compensation for your claim. You would be responsible for the court fees if the claim should proceed to court, but these fees may be claimed from the landlord upon you winning the case. You may also be entitled to Government help with court fees. These fees and fixed legal costs are not added to the total for calculation of commission. They are free of any commission charges. Our fees are inclusive of all our legal costs and any solicitor and barrister fees.
